Enclosed with this letter is a Statement for your 2012 Annual Assessment for the Woods at Locust Curve Homeowners’ Association.  Your Statement reflects the 2012 Assessment and any past due balance on your account.  If paying by check, please enclose the detachable coupon and mail your payment using the remittance envelope provided.

LCHA’s Annual meeting will be held on April 27th 2011 .

Time: 7:30 PM

The board will continue to review proposals & quotes for snow accumulations above 6-inches from a single storm. In these extreme cases,
the city will be plowing only major roads & highways. LCHA streets typically would not be touched until 4-5 days after the storm.

First we need to clear up a few things.

• No LCHA money has been spent on private snow removal as of this time.
• Any private snow removal options will not result in an increase in dues.
