2011 Budget

Look for your dues notice in the mail this week, I actually got mine today.

For those who have not had a chance to see the new fountain, you can check out a short clip here.

After two months and several issues, we have come to the conclusion that it’s time for a new fountain.  With out going into much detail, the Board and Officers can not seem to justify spending any more money maintaining the current fountain.

We are looking at bids and options for a new fountain.

Pro’s

• 5 Year warranty
• New spray pattern (One that is a lot higher that can been seen from the street)
• Lighted ( if within budget)

Con’s

• High up front cost ( We should save on maintenance over the next 5 years)
