Fountain Update

The fountain has been removed for maintenance a couple months back, apparently some animals chewed through the powered cord insulation and it needs to be repaired. The trustee’s have not decided how to have it repaired their are few options that we are looking into.  Meantime the fountain is being stored for the winter and we will let you know what the trustee’s decide to with it.

Spring is upon us and we are starting to see building activity in the neighborhood. Keep in mind that if your are planing to build a shed, Deck or fence you need to submit your plans to PSAM and it must go through the design and review process. With our new property management company PSAM there is a small fee, that goes along with submitting your plans. The DRB ( Design and review board) is to make sure that your plans are not violating the deed restriction and to make sure that neighborhoods standard are met.

You must also pull the appropriate permits through the city of Delaware. Their have been homeowners in the past that have not pulled permits or company they hired did not. Whatever the reason, permits are there to protect you the homeowner.

Spring Clean Up

FYI to Homeowners.

Our landscaping crew was on the property this week and did some trenching on edging around the trees and front entrance. I did notice that the trash was not picked up around the community property and notified PSAM. If any home owners notices any issue with landscaping please let us know so we can get it addressed.
