Community Garage Sale 1066 days ago.

Sign up had ended.  I have to get the list to The kidney foundation.

LCHA will be holding its community garage sale on June 20-21. LCHA will post signs at the front entrances and news paper advertisement. Please sign up below!

Kidney Foundation will be out on Tuesday June 24th to pickup items that did not sell if you would like to donate them. Please leave items for Kidney Foundation in a box on your front porch clearly marked with KF.

We have received several complaints and it was brought up at the annual meeting about people not cleaning up after there pets. Please keep in mind that it’s a Delaware city ordinance. If you see this happening and you don’t feel comfortable in saying anything. Please call the Delaware city police non-emergency Phone number (740-203-1100) and report it.

505.08 PROHIBITING PUBLIC NUISANCES.

(c) No owner, harborer or keeper of any animal shall allow it to deposit excretory matter on public property including, but not limited to, City park play areas, nature trails, areas of public access and rights of way, where other individuals or groups would be likely to come in contact with such excretory matter, unless the owner, harborer or keeper immediately removes such matter by depositing it in a trash receptacle or other such area where such contact would not likely occur.
