Spring Community Garage Sale 2009

LCHA will be holding its community garage sale on June 19th and June 20th. LCHA will post signs at the front entrances and provide news paper advertisement. Please sign up below!

Kidney Foundation will be out on Tuesday June 23rd  to pickup items that did not sell if you would like to donate them. Please leave items for Kidney Foundation in a box on your front porch clearly marked with KF.

Make a detailed list of items you donate and ask for a receipt for your Taxes.

Sheds, Decks, Fences and etc

Spring is upon us and we are starting to see building activity in the neighborhood. Keep in mind that if your are planing to build a shed, Deck or fence you need to submit your plans to PSAM and it must go through the design and review process. With our new property management company PSAM there is a small fee, that goes along with submitting your plans. The DRB ( Design and review board) is to make sure that your plans are not violating the deed restriction and to make sure that neighborhoods standard are met.

You must also pull the appropriate permits through the city of Delaware. Their have been homeowners in the past that have not pulled permits or company they hired did not. Whatever the reason, permits are there to protect you the homeowner.
